Board games introduction

 

I bought this old school games for the kids, I want to pass the legacy to the kids.

The board games we bought chess, reversi, monopoly, playing cards.

These are our ammunition for long school holiday.

Jewel time (Sep 2020)

 Last day of midterm school break we visited Jewel at Changi airport. This is how we feel like we almost travelling out of Singapore but still in Singapore.

We had afternoon tea at Tanuki Raw and enjoyed happy hour with fresh oyster, beer and truffle fries.

Then we strolled around Canopy park before heading to food court for dinner.

It's only 2 hours of quality time, but it's memorable as we indulged on nice food, playtime.

Sungei Buloh Adventure (Mid Term Break September 2020)

This week is Mid term break for Term 3.

Papa and mama took Monday and Friday leave to accompany kiddos.

We went to Sungei Buloh for tracking. It's hot sunny day and we started a bit late because kiddos woke up late almost 9am.

Nonetheless, we explored new things, lots of greeneries and didn't feel like we were in Singapore.

Happy Teacher's Day 2020

This year teacher's day is recycled idea from last year's teacher's day.

I modified a little bit with adding cookies on top of the tea

Happy 7th Birthday Tromson !

This year due to covid-19, we celebrated Tromson Birthday at home, inviting our family and close friends.

Our good housekeeper cooked nasi uduk and its companions.

It's such a happy occasion when everyone caught up with each others and it's good to hear that they were doing great despite the pandemic.

PE Lesson at Home (Exercise at Home)

As the kids have Home Based Learning for a month, they always see mama exercise and they want to join.
So this is PE lesson at home, trained by mama.

Report Card for Term 1

Due to covid-19, there's no Parents Teachers Meeting, thus the teacher only emailed us the report during term 1.

Basically, Tromson was settling down well in class.
He's still shy to speak up in class but overall he's able to follow the instructions and lesson.
Well done Tromson and keep the good work up !

Cute Moments in P1 Life

Tromson has been adjusting well in Primary life. Mommy is a little bit hard on him though and I need to slow down a little bit not to put much pressures on him.
Nevertheless, these are cutest work that he has made.
This is not to shame him, but just to add smile on his face someday when he understands the concept.

Primary 1 Journey Starts (2 Jan 2020)

Today marks his primary school journey and he will go to school with his big brother, koko Richie.

Tromson's Primary School Orientation

Last Tuesday, we went to his future primary school for some orientation.
There, parents were explained about what we could expect in school and what school expect from the parents.
I also signed up for Parents Support Group as I felt that I had more time now and wanted to contribute back to society.

Meanwhile, Tromson went to his future class with his future form teacher and classmate to do some introduction and reading.
