Celebrating Our Housekeeper's Birthday (21 April 2020)

Our housekeeper, mbak Sugi has been 2 months with us. So far, we were satisfied with her performance. She's fast learner, humble and pure. She never talked back to us.
We gave her a surprise birthday celebration to make her feel like home.
She's cry of joy when we gave her surprise. Hopefully, she could work with us for at least 2 years and make us as her family too.

Stay at Home - Carnival Games (April 2020)

As we couldn't get out to play, we bring the carnival games home.
Using yoghurt cups and pingpong ball.
It's simple and fun and the kids have good sweats

Stay at Home - Making Mango Pudding (April 2020)

Another simple dessert creation by the brothers.
Mama bought the ready made mango pudding powder and helped out to cut the mango fruit.
While Richie helped to stir the powder into boiled water, the rest filled up the diced mango to the mould.

It's a great team work

Stay at Home and Making Banana Pizza (April 2020)

Another cooking activity as we have left over pizza dough and ripen banana, we make banana pizza.
The brothers took turn to place the ingredients from banana, chocolate rice and cheese as topping.
Mama helped out to put it in oven toaster and voila !

PE Lesson at Home (Exercise at Home)

As the kids have Home Based Learning for a month, they always see mama exercise and they want to join.
So this is PE lesson at home, trained by mama.

Happy Easter 2020

For the first time, we celebrated Easter at our home sweet home.

We attended onlin Easter vigil on Saturday evening and we had art and craft creating Easter Greeting Cards.
It's simple but the kids love it too.

In the evening, we had easter dinner with our loved ones at home sweet home.

Menu of the day :

- Roasted Chicken (Bought from Finest NTUC)

- Beef Steak (cooked by hubby)

- Steamed vegetables (by housekeeper)

- Mashed potato (by Richie and me)

- Fruits

Stay at Home and Learn Cooking Pizza and Martabak (March 2020)

As we were entering lockdown and most of us were advised to stay at home.
We did something we never do before which is cooking together.
Mama bought ready made pizza base, tomato paste, shredded cheese and sausages for pizza.
We had extra tofu, so mama asked our housekeeper to mash it and put some seasoning and egg as filling for our martabak.

Turn out, everyone enjoyed so much and looking forward next cooking season.

Mama's Sweet 18th birthday (April 2020)

Life is full of surprise and indeed this year is special birthday because thanks to Covid-19, we have no choice other than staying at home celebrating mama special day.

Early in the morning, papa gave mama a surprise "Breakfast in bed"
He cooked his specialty since college, Martabak Mie.
After mama finish doing morning exercise, another surprise came in front of the door which is birthday cake from mama office team. It's very thoughtful.

Almost lunch time, there's another lunch surprise by mama dear friend who ordered the set lunch including her favorite cake so we can have good lunch at home with us.
